Our most recent experience with Brenda was the sale of our home in Flower Mound, Texas. She reviewed the top offers with us, which led us to accept a very solid offer which was $100K over the asking price. The $100K over equated to more than 20% above asking price!

The entire process went very smoothly to closing, with no bumps along the road. Before listing, she recommended a number of inexpensive "fixes". When combined with some inexpensive staging, the 20 year old home showed at it's best, both in the pictures attached to the listing and in the in-person showings. The result was the huge number of offers, many at incredible prices.

In each instance when we or our son have worked with Brenda, she has reached out to us at every step of the process to insure that there were no surprises. When we had questions, she was always highly responsive, both in terms of timely call backs, and in answering our questions and concerns.
